What we collect, and why.

Synthetix Systems operates synthetix.systems and the Synthetix platform. For questions about this policy or about data we hold, write to hello@synthetix.systems.

When you submit the early access form we collect your name, work email address, desk or function, and — if you choose to provide it — a phone number and a message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and to assess fit for the pilot.

We do not sell this information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Where a desk runs Synthetix, the platform reads messages in the communication channels that desk has authorised, in order to identify and extract structured product requests. Those messages may contain personal data, such as the names of relationship managers or the people they are speaking to.

In this context the desk is the controller of that data and Synthetix acts as a processor on its instructions, under a written agreement. We process it only to provide the service, and we do not use it for our own purposes.

• Channel access is limited to the conversations in the agreed perimeter
• Desk conversations are not used to train third-party foundation models
• Records are exportable, so the desk retains its own independent copy
• Access is revocable by the desk at any time without our involvement

This site is intentionally light. We do not use advertising trackers or cross-site profiling. Where we measure traffic, it is aggregate and not used to identify individual visitors.

We use a small number of processors to run the service — cloud hosting and transactional email among them. They are bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. We will name the current list on request.

Enquiry details are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Platform records are retained on the schedule agreed with each desk to match its own record-keeping obligations. We delete on request except where we are required to retain data by law.

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. Write to hello@synthetix.systems and we will respond. If the data relates to a desk's use of the platform, we will refer the request to that desk as the controller.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects a pilot desk, tell them directly.
